EXECUTIVE TEAM

Dr. Dobson has been affiliated with the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester, Massachusetts since 1973 serving as a Professor in various disciplines, Program Director, Department Chair and since 2010, as a Professor Emeritus of Microbiology and Physiological Systems and Medicine.

Dr. Dobson holds a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry from Central Connecticut State University, a M.A. in Biology from Wesleyan University, a Ph.D. in Physiology / Biochemistry from the University of Virginia and a Postdoctoral Fellow & Instructor in Pharmacology at the University of California.

Mr. Manzo, or Mike A, has a business career that spans over 50 years across the spectrum of commercial real estate investment, development and management throughout primarily the greater Boston and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Mr. Manzo is a past senior executive and Partner in the Beal Companies, now Related Beal, where he oversaw the firms development, investment and capital markets activities while building a portfolio of office, life science, industrial and multi-family commercial real estate projects with an aggregate asset value of nearly $2 Billion.

Mr. Manzo is currently a Managing Partner of The Manzo Company, LLC, a Boston area commercial real estate investment and development firm he co-founded with his son, Michael or Mike K, in 2011 and the Chairman and Director of Acquisitions for Manzo Freeman Development, LLC, a commercial real estate joint-venture partnership focused on value-add repositioning of mixed-use former mill properties in the New England region.

Mr. Manzo, or Mike K, began his professional career in 1999 in commercial banking as a lending financial analyst at FleetBoston Financial, now Bank of America, in downtown Boston.

Mike K transitioned full-time into the real estate industry in 2005 working on the investment and development side of the industry, first with the A.D. Makepeace Company in Wareham, MA and then as the Co-Founder with his business school classmate of Entegra Development & Investment, a small business focused on green building and LEED Certification consulting, 

In 2011, Mike K made the full-time plunge into commercial real estate entrepreneurship by co-founding The Manzo Company, LLC with his father, Mike A.

Mike K is currently a Managing Partner of The Manzo Company, LLC and President & Managing Partner of the commercial real estate joint-venture partnership, Manzo Freeman Development, LLC.

Mike K's primary roles in the businesses are focused on acquisitions, financial modeling and underwriting, capital markets and asset management.
